I'm feeling pretty pumped about today. I know I will be doing PATH to Wellness with this so I will be logging my steps as well...I know I'm doing Zumba today so I will be earning at least 7APs today...although I'm not sure if I will use them all. Here's my food breakdown for today:
Breakfast:

Maple and Brown Sugar Weight Control Oatmeal: 4pts
Lunch:

Dinner:
4oz Lean Pork Chop: 4
1/2c cooked white rice: 3

It's tricky because we're in the same pay period as when we spent $650 on our car repairs so I have to go grocery shopping in the WORST way...and our house does NOT really have points-friendly foods right now. But I'm going with it. Dinner is going to be pork chops, green beans, and rice...
