Day 2 - empty food house challenge! LOL

Breakfast:
1/8c shredded cheddar: 2pts
1 boca burger: 3pts
2 slices Wonder Smart White bread: 3pts
Ketchup: 0pts
Banana: 0pts

This worked out to a pretty awesome 8-point breakfast.  It was like having a burger for breakfast.  The smart white has extra fiber, protein, and whole grains.  So...

Lunch:
Leftovers:
Seasoned Lean Pork (4oz): 4pts
1/2c white rice: 3pts
Carrots: 0pts

Dinner:
2 Spinach and feta chicken sausages: 6pts
2 servings black beans with spices: 6pts

Snacks:  
Apple: 0pts
FF Chocolate Pudding (milk): 2pts
Iced Tea: 4pts
Jawbreakers: 3pts

So...today I used all my points.  I can't wait to go grocery shopping and have stuff to make a salad out of those sausages!  They are SO good.  MMM...
