Day 3: Can I make it until tomorrow?

Tomorrow is grocery day!  YES!  I've made it this far.  I cheated and stepped on the scale this morning because I felt so good.  I know it's wrong because weight fluctuates so much from day to day.  The good news is that I used to do this all the time and I haven't been under 240 for about 9 months now.  Today I was 239.4.  Neat...so we'll see how it goes Monday.

Still trying to make it through with what I've got until tomorrow.  This means not necessarily eating the BEST foods off the WW power list...but at least I am still within points and FULL.  Breakfast today was a bit extravagant.  I think next time I will half both the bacon bits and the feta - it was too much!  Having the SmartBalance on my toast was great, though, because it gave me my two tablespoons of essential oils for the day!  I was reading what it's made of and it has olive AND flax seed oil as the base!  NICE!  Anyway, here's my food today...

Breakfast:
2 eggs: 4pts
2 slices Smart White toast: 3pts
1.5T SmartBalance: 3pts
1/4c Low-Fat Feta: 2
2T Bacon Bits: 1
Applesauce: 0

(And yeah...it was huuuuge.  Too much food...but I LOVE breakfast!)

Lunch:
Leftover Sausage: 6pts
Spicy Black Beans: 6pts
Apple: 0pts

Snacks:
Iced Tea: 4pts
Tuna Fish: 2pts
Jawbreakers: 3pts

Dinner:
Grilled Pollock: 2pts
Peas, canned: 2pts
